Located on the banks of the Loddon river in central Victoria, Warburtons Bridge is located just a few minutes from the small town of Glenluce. Warburtons Bridge offers all the benefits of a camping ground on the banks of a river, including swimming and fishing.
The Warburtons Bridge camping ground is located just to the right just before the Loddon River bridge, when travelling from Glenluce. The track into the camping ground is sufficent for 2WD's and caravans.
The campground offers around 20 individual campsites but shade is hard to come by. All the campsites are very similar and there is no individual site that is more appealing than any other.
Given the location of the Warburtons Bend campground, it offers numerous activities. Activities available for campers include fishing and swimming in the Loddon river. There are really no walks in the area.
Best Time To Go
Given the campground is located on the banks of the Loddon river, it is recommended that the campground is visited during the warmer months. The campground is not subject to flooding given its elevation in relation to the water level.
