Located on the western fringe of the Goulburn River National Park in eastern New South Wales, The Drip is quite a unique campground. Although our rating doesn't suggest it, the campground offers plenty of variety from an activity perspective, but isn't the best location from a camping point of view.
The Drip camping ground is very easy to access. The campground is located approximately 10km north of Ulan along the Ulan Road, with the campground only 50m off the sealed road. The road into the camping ground is a gravel road but can easily be accessed by a two wheel drive and caravan. The area is quite well signed.
The camping ground offers around five individual campsites. Given the hilly terrain the area is more favourable for those with a van rather than a tent.
Given the location of The Drip campground, it offers numerous activities. Activities available for campers include fishing and swimming in the picturesque Goulburn river. The walk down to The Drip gorge is well worth it.
Best Time To Go
Although the campground is located near the river, the campground can be visited at any time.
