Located on the banks of the mighty Murray River, the Nevins Beach East camping ground is located approximately 20km north west of Yarrawonga. The campsite's location on the Murray River speaks for itself, with an abundance of activities available to all campers.
The Nevins Beach East camping ground is easy to access. Turn north off the Murray Valley Highway, 14km west of Yarrawonga onto Thoms road. Then turn right at the information board along Collins Lane then Nevins Lane, which can easily be accessed by a two wheel drive and caravan.
The camping ground offers around 100 individual campsites. As there is not much shade near the water, all spots are pretty much as good as each other.
The Murray River provides campers with a plethora of activities. Jet skiing is a popular past time, as well as boating, fishing and swimming.
Best Time To Go
Given the area is subject to flooding in the wetter months, the campground is best visited in dryer conditions. This will also enable you to realise the true potential of the Murray River.
