Located on the stunning Blowering Reservoir on the north western fringe of the Kosciuszko National Park, Humes Crossing is located around a ten minute drive from the small town of Talbingo. Humes Crossing offers all the benefits of a camping ground on a river, including swimming, fishing and boating. The reservoir is renowned for its great jet skiing.

Access

The Humes Crossing camping ground is very easy to access. The camping ground is located 15km north of Talbingo up the Snowy Mountains Highway. The road into the camping ground is a gravel road but can easily be accessed by a two wheel drive and caravan, with the campground only 20m off the main highway. The campsite is well signed.

Best Spot

The camping ground offers around thirty individual campsites. The area is so picturesque that you will love any location, however we believe the best spot to be just as you enter.

Activities

Given the location of the Humes Crossing campground, it offers numerous activities. Activities available for campers include fishing, swimming and boating in the river, with jet skiing being a favourite amongst campers.

Best Time To Go

Given the campground is located in close proximity to the Great Dividing Range, it is recommended that the campground is visited during the warmer months. The roads in the region can get icy at times.
