Located on the banks of the magnificent Greens Lake, the Green Lake Recreation Reserve camping ground is located approximately 16km west of the small town of Stanhope. The campsite's location on the lake speaks for itself, with an abundance of activities available to all campers.
The Green Lake Recreation Reserve camping ground is easy to access. Turn north off the Midland Highway east of Corop. The road is a 1km gravel road, which can easily be accessed by a two wheel drive and caravan.
The camping ground offers well over 500 individual campsites, so grab a spot along the side of the lake and enjoy mother nature.
The Green Lake Recreation Reserve camping area is extremely popular for water sports. Swimming and fishing are also great activities for the family. The area does not allow shooting or motorbikes. The skip bins and boat ramps also come in handy.
Best Time To Go
The campsite is great to visit all year round, however the warmer months are the best time to visit to get the most out of the lake.
